Mark's Mexican Cornbread

Ingredients:
1 1/3 Cup Self-Rising Buttermilk Corn Meal Mix
1/2 Cup Self-Rising Flour
1 tbsp Baking Powder
1/3 - 1/2 Cup Pickled Jalapeńo Nacho Slices with Seeds Removed
1/3 Cup Minced Onion
1-2 tsp Red Pepper (Depends on your desired Heat Grade (0: )
1/2 tbsp Garlic Powder
2/3 Cup Shredded Colby Jack Cheese
1 Can Cream Style Corn
3 Eggs
1/4 Cup Vegetable Oil
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tbsp Sugar

Add in a little Milk until consistency is right. Cook at 350° until browned.
