GF Bready Biscuit

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Tapioca Flour
1/2 Cup Corn Starch
1/2 Cup Sorghum Flour
4 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
1 Tsp Xanthan Gum
1 Tsp Salt
1 1/2 Tbsp Sugar
(Mix Dry Ingredients Well)
(Remove 1/4 Cup of the Dry Mixture)
(Make Well in Dry Mixture, Add and Mix Wet Ingredients)
2 Large Eggs
3/4 Cup Milk
1/2 Cup Veg Oil
(Mix and Fluff for for 3 Minutes)
(Add in Removed 1/4 Cup and Mix 1 Minute)
Should resemble thick, thick cake batter, just dry enough to hold shape when spooned onto baking pan.

Lightly Oil Baking Pan Spoon biscuit size amounts on Baking Pan Bake at 350 for 16-20 minutes, finsih last 3 minutes on Broil for Browning on Top
