- Ingredients:
- 11oz. White Rice Flour
- 8oz. Tapioca Flour
- 4oz. Potato Starch
- 1.5 oz Gelatin
- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 2 Eggs (-1 Yolk)
- 1/3 Cup of Warm Milk
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 1 Tbsp Yeast
Mix dry ingredients (except for Yeast), then microwave a little to warm bowl.
Mix liquid ingredients and microwave to body temp. Add yeast.
Cook at 345 for 25:00, until brown on top.
