Mark's Gluten Free Bread

Ingredients:
11oz. White Rice Flour
8oz. Tapioca Flour
4oz. Potato Starch
1.5 oz Gelatin
2 tsp Baking Powder
2 Eggs (-1 Yolk)
1/3 Cup of Warm Milk
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
1 Tbsp Yeast

Mix dry ingredients (except for Yeast), then microwave a little to warm bowl. Mix liquid ingredients and microwave to body temp. Add yeast.

Cook at 345 for 25:00, until brown on top.
