Chocolate Cake
Ingredients:
3/4 Cup White Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Sorghum Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1/4 Cup Cocoa Powder
3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Tsp. Baking Powder
1 1/2 Tsp. Xanthan Gum
1/2 Tsp. Baking Soda
1 1/4 Cup of Milk
1/4 Cup of Canola Oil
2 Eggs
Bake in 8 x 12 Glassware at 350° for 30 minutes.
