Mark's GF Cornbread

Ingredients:
1 Cup Aunt Jemima Yellow Corn Meal
1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Sorghum Flour
1/4 Cup Corn Starch
1 tsp. Xanthan Gum
3 tbsp. Sugar
4 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Veg Oil
1 Cup Milk
2 Egg

For best results put enough oil in your iron skillet to coat the bottom well (1mm deep) and put in the oven during pre-heat. Then when you pour your batter in it will give you a crisp tasty brown crust. Preheat oven to 350. Cook around 30 minutes or until golden brown.
