GF Plum Cake

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup White Rice Flour
1/2 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/3 Cup Sorghum Flour
1/2 Cup Sugar
1 tsp. Baking Powder
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/2 Cup Blended Can Plums
1/4 Cup Veg Oil
1/4 Cup Milk
1 Egg

Mix all dry ingredients well, blend wet ingredients. Stir together and adjust for proper consistency. Bake at 365 for 25 minutes.
