Gluten Free Pumpkin/Prune Cake

Ingredients:
3/4 Cup White Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Brown Rice Flour
1/4 Cup Sorghum Flour
1/4 Cup Cornstarch
3/4 Cup Sugar
1/2 Cup Brown Sugar
3/4 Tbsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
3 1/2 Tsp Baking Powder
3/4 Tsp Salt
6 Prunes Sliced in Half
1/3 Cup Pumpkin
1/3 Cup Apple Sauce
1 Egg
1/3 Cup of Coconut Oil(Warmed to Mix Well)
1/3 Cup Buttermilk
1/4 Cup Milk

Mix dry ingredients well, add all other ingredients mixing for 4 minutes after combining all. Pick a baking dish that will hold batter and not be over 1 inch deep. Bake at 350 for 30-40 minutes. Test by sinking butter knife in center of cake, if it comes out clean it is ready.
