GF Zuchinni Bread

Ingredients:
1 Cup Brown Rice Flour
3/8 Cup White Rice Flour
3/8 Cup Sorghum Flour
1/8 Cup Corn Starch
2 tsp Xanthan Gum
2 tsp Baking Powder
1 tsp Baking Soda
3/4 tsp Salt
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Nutmeg
1 1/4 Cup Shredded Zuch
1/4 Cup Finely Chopped Pecans
2 Eggs minus 1 Yolk
1/4 Milk
1/4 Water
2/3 Cup Sugar
2 tbsp. Vanilla Yogart
1/4 Cup Apple Sauce
1/8 Cup Veg Oil
1/4 Cup Chopped Pecans

Grease 6 x 10 Pyrex Baking Dish, bake at 350 for 45-55 minutes.
